  After some time shopping online, I proceeded to check out only to have my GAP card not process. I called for assistance since I had funds for my purchase, after a very long time of reading item codes to the representative the card did not work again. *Transfers me to card services. I wonder why that was not the first action to begin the call instead of wasting each other's time. As soon as my call transferred (after a lengthy wait period) they hang up. Literally wtf GAP. I lost some items in my cart due to the long wait period and now they are out of stock. Very dissatisfied. To conclude, my issue still has not been resolved and I never purchased anything I had in my cart. Only thing that changed was the 2 hours I spent trying to resolve this are gone. So much for simple check out.
