- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆November 28, 2019, by SallyThe management needs to do a much better job of having sufficient floor staff especially on a Sat (having worked retail fabric store) when it is almost always busy. The 2 clerks did the best they could but took me 45+ minutes to get my fabric measured. Ended up being in store for almost 1.5 hours & I was not shopping, mostly just waiting. Didn't even need to cut as I was taking the whole bolt. And the line was getting longer. Don't recall hearing 1 "sorry"
