  If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get a suit fitted that i purchased online. After being unhappy with the Kansas City location (135th and Metcalf), I decided to give them a chance just altering my suit. I paid $30 for them to not even do anything. They fixed the bottoms of my pants which I could do. The jacket is completely messed up but none of the "experts" wanted to mention that. Will never go back to a Men's Wearhouse location ever again.

  This MW may need some more training. It is a nice store, but needs to polish the staff and their skills. My husband and I went in to get him a tux for a wedding in WY. It took 2-3 different salesmen to help us. At least 2 people took my husband's measurements. No one offered to have my husband try on anything. It seemed a bit chaotic and unorganized. We had to do the pick-up in WY because of the wedding location. We arrived at the MW in WY and nothing fit. This was a huge inconvenience because the wedding was 3 hours away from this MW location. Overall, it was not a good experience going through MW for this wedding.
