After not receiving a bill for three months and calling them to correct the address to send the bill to, they went ahead and starting drawing money from the original debit card without my authorization. When I notified them to STOP taking money they were unauthorized to, they went ahead and sent me a paper bill as well as continuing to draw from my bank account. I would NOT recommend this company.
