  The staff is tremendous, well informed, and helpful on everything. I love their selection and variety of gadgets for the outdoors equipment; the selection is often is better than big retailers. However, it makes me sad that their products are extremely overpriced. I purchased a collapsible backpack for a trip to Iceland for $40 here and found the exact same one at Eddie Bauer for $5. Same goes with their clothing; $100 jacket here is $50 elsewhere. But they often have colors and varieties that other stores still don't have. As much as I want to support local, I can't continue to overspend by 2x or more on leisure products. If the prices were lower I'd easily splurge and fill my garage with camping supplies from here. Definitely worth a visit though!
